Anxiety seems to be so much a part of everyday life in some shape or form - feeling a bit stressed or worried, feeling nervous or apprehensive, to feeling overwhelmed, or to having some more difficult experiences such as panic attacks or when the dread and worry are prevalent.
This year figures from the New Zealand Mental Health Survey show that one in four New Zealanders will experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives.
