Explore Therapy

Therapy involves meeting with a therapist to resolve areas of concern within ones life. These may relate to behavioural issues, certian beliefs or points of view, feelings, relationships and even physical sensations.

The process involves exploring the areas for which you are seeking therapy, developing goals for your therapy and establishing the steps to reach them.

Talking Therapy offers three main types of therapy: Psychotherapy, Counselling & Supervision.
