Services Information for Clients Frequency of Sessions

Frequency of Therapy Sessions

Frequency of meetings will vary from person to person, depending on their requirements and what they hope to gain from psychotherapy. It has been found that meeting weekly often works well, as there is a natural rhythm to this that provides important therapeutic benefits.

The frequency of therapy will be discussed and assessed with your therapist on an onging basis.
