Opening Hours

Number of Therapy Sessions

This varies from person to person and can depend on the issues to be explored and the benefits you hope to gain from therapy. Often 3 or 4 sessions may be adequate. For others this can be a useful time for a review to consider further on-going therapy.

Frequency of Therapy Sessions

Frequency of meetings will vary from person to person, depending on their requirements and what they hope to gain from psychotherapy. It has been found that meeting weekly often works well, as there is a natural rhythm to this that provides important therapeutic benefits.

The frequency of therapy will be discussed and assessed with your therapist on an onging basis.

Length of Therapy Sessions

Sessions usually last between 50 and 60 minutes.

Range of Fees

Our fees range from $60.00 to $95.00 per session depending on each individual's situation. Our hope is that the fee is not a barrier to those wishing to attend therapy. Your therapist will be happy to discuss the fee with you.

In some cases subsidies may be available - view available subsidies
